Terms & Conditions


Before any returns are sent, you must contact us to agree the terms and conditions.

If the return is a result of our error (ie. receiving an incorrect or defective item) then we will bear all costs of collecting and returning the order to our warehouse.

There is a handling charge of 25% (minimum £25) which covers the cost of checking the goods and re-packing them suitable for resale. No orders can be returned after 14 days of recipt. All carriage costs involved in the return of goods shall be borne by you. If the goods are returned without authorisation, we reserve the right to refuse them.

Before fixing Tiles or Mosaics, please ensure they are as ordered and suitable for proposed use. Once the Tiles or Mosaics have been fixed, we regret we are unable to compensate for any costs incurred once the Tiles or Mosaics have been fixed.


Shading and Crazing

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process of most Tile and Mosaics, shading and sizes may vary slightly between different batches. Please ensure that when you order, enough Tiles or Mosaics are ordered to complete your project. Ideally with a few spare incase of any future accidents.


Breakages and Shortages

All goods must be checked by the customer on recipt of goods. No responsibility for damaged products or shortages can be accepted after 3 days of recipt of goods.


Lead times and Liability

All delivery and lead times quoted on your orders to arrive are approximate and given in good faith. We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the lead times given. In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, we will contact you and arrange an alternative date and we will not be liable for any charges incurred by you. We recommend that you do not book a Fixing Service until your Tiles have arrived.
